Frayed Conversations

Frayed is a three-day group retreat hosted quarterly at the Gaylord Texan Resort & Spa. The intimate and very engaging setting produces authentic opportunities of release, healing and restoration. A caveat of reforming group activities, organic personal assessment, and directional counseling transform the lives of attendees who do the work. Attendees are immersed in perilous topics and guided through crucial conversations. Frayed Conversations between mothers and daughters unveil the trauma of their estranged relationship. Let the healing journey begin. Classes fill quickly.

I am very thankful and grateful that I had the opportunity to attend Frayed. It was freeing. It opened a door to deeper conversation between my mother and I. It was truly a blessing and I have continued to use the skills within my other relationships. I look forward to more blessing on blessings.

I was blessed during the wear your truth activity. At one point that was a difficult thing for me to do, due to the fact I’ve been judged my entire life. It helped me to come out that and just be who I am and not wear the labels put on me. I was also blessed because I was able to be transparent not only with my mom but also my grandmother and vice versa.
